Exchanges & Returns

• Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once accepted, the item can be shipped back to us or picked up from your address.
• Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your pincode.
• There are no additional shipping charges for the first round of returns.

Return Processing

• Once the returned order is received at our warehouse, it goes through a quality check. Once approved, the exchange/return is processed further.
• Estimated delivery for exchange orders is 7–10 working days.
• If a size exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, you will be offered another product or a store credit.

Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. If a product is returned in poor condition or appears visibly worn, the return will not be processed.

Order Cancellation

No cancellations are allowed once an order is placed.

Credit Notes & Refunds

• For all return orders, a credit note is issued once the quality check is approved. This will be shared to your registered email address.
• No refunds are issued — refunds are issued only as a credit note, valid for 3 months.
• Store credits are non-refundable and redeemable only on Phulkari’s online store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
